Cleaning progress to the forums has been made!

Hello!
I am one of the administrators here. Maybe any of you has noticed that Mario Builder forums lose the number of registered members. This is because there were a lot of users who just spammed the space just by registering and not visiting the forums after that even for years now if at all. There were also a lot of not yet accepted members so as an administrator I felt too undisciplined …

Platform Builder forums

Dear members! I am not active with Mario Builder nor it's forums anymore although I still view some activity here sometimes. This is because of the need to choose some activities from all ones in ridiculously limited time. Good things are that I spend more time on something that has been created by the same creator as for Mario Builder. This is Platform Builder and it's own forum.

Bugs with noteblocks and swimming fishes...
I'm new to Mario Builder and haven't learned that much about it yet but I can say it's far from free of bugs and glitches and needs to be solved... I've notice this big problem with noteblocks, you can't open up or destroy normal bricks when you're jumping from them, nothing happens, they are just like solid bricks :-/ and I also notice big problem with swimming fishes in waters because they are able to swim through your ground tiles and just continue swimming and nothing can stop them...

Unfortunately there is no fix to the note block issue, alternately you can go to moving blocks and pick out the green springy platform to use instead. For the fish problem use the red fish right next to the green fish you were using, it will not go through blocks like the green one.

Oh I see... Well it works with the red fishes without wings, the one with wings will appears behind the water and moving up and down from it :-/ I hope the creator will fix these bugs because they are annoying.. I also tried to add arrows for the green fishes but they didn't follow them. It will be very hard to make underwater levels with these bugs.. They shouldn't be able to swim through the green spring tile because I also added solid blocks on them :-/blurrytoad wrote:Snuttis-Elin wrote:I'm new to Mario Builder and haven't learned that much about it yet but I can say it's far from free of bugs and glitches and needs to be solved... Well, in the original game the green fish appeared in (SMW), their main sort of "purpose" was the ability to swim through walls. The green fish are more meant for levels completely submerged in water.
About the music block thing, I hate that too.

Yeah, the green fish thing actually may not be a glitch.
