Cleaning progress to the forums has been made!

Hello!

I am one of the administrators here. Maybe any of you has noticed that Mario Builder forums lose the number of registered members. This is because there were a lot of users who just spammed the space just by registering and not visiting the forums after that even for years now if at all. There were also a lot of not yet accepted members so as an administrator I felt too undisciplined …

Dear members! I am not active with Mario Builder nor it's forums anymore although I still view some activity here sometimes. This is because of the need to choose some activities from all ones in ridiculously limited time. Good things are that I spend more time on something that has been created by the same creator as for Mario Builder. This is Platform Builder and it's own forum.

Mario Builder V11 -

-Many kinds of enemies can be placed ontop of a pipe opening. This will cause them to continually spawn from that pipe.
-Added an invisible text block
-Added the pink piranha plant by Alju5 through the engine challenge
-Added the ice bro by lukasmah through the engine challenge
-Added Ice bro to the overworld
-Boom Boom and Koopalings must take multiple shots …

I have follow this project some months, but I lost my hope until I watch the trailer and I see that the program is in Alpha version and can be downloadable. I dont see anyone saying something about that, so, I place this topic. If you are interested on that:

It is a thing? I saw it on steam greenlight like 2 years ago, but it desappeared after a while. Now it's here. So I downloaded it and I'm going to give it a try.

Yup, it's out, and actively being updated! Most of the controls from Mario Builder are the same, except there are a not of new features as well.

In a way, for sure! I wish I could have kept going with Mario Builder, but I knew it would have to end someday. A few months ago, GameJolt was notified by Nintendo to close a bunch of fan games on their website, including Mario Builder. It's sad, but it's Nintendo's right and I respect that.

Anyway, as Platform Builder expands, I hope it will become a suitable alternative without the copyright concerns that Mario Builder was always restricted by.

Do you think that will be good to make a Platform Builder Forums? Because it's a different project from Mario Builder and I think it will be good for the small but raising community of Platform Builder.

I like it because is more customizable than Mario Builder in some aspects and I think it will be a good step. What do you think? Very Happy

I don't know if is in the TingThing Plans but if not, I can do the forums Very Happy Very Happy
