New Super Mario Bros. X (WIP)

Hi guys.I am BeastDemon011.

And i would like to present you with my project:


New Super Mario Bros. X







Story:

One day Mario,Luigi and Princess Peach went out for a picnic. Everything went well. After their picnic,Mario and Luigi went out to look for flowers. They found some and went back. They noticed that Princess Peach is gone. After looking around a bit they saw Bowser's airship flying away. The brothers have to save her again, but first they have to collect the seven stars of the seven worlds to open a portal to Bowser's Kingdom. Can they get the seven stars and save the princess?

Worlds and levels:

NSMB X has 10 worlds (8 normal worlds and 2 bonus worlds)
and...
115 fun levels to play!  


World 1: Grassy Plains

A small grassy field. This world has 8 levels: 5 normal levels, 1 secret level, a tower (that's how i call the fortresses), and a castle.It also has a tutorial level (orange toad house), a red toad house and a hammer bro.

World 2-Cheesy Desert (RIP pyramid desert)

A desert which has a cheesy theme.Before i came up with this, my 2nd world was a pyramid desert.
This world has 10 levels: 7 normal levels, a secret level, a tower, and a castle.It also has 2 toad houses, 2 fire bros, a spade panel and a red switch palace.

A snow world,just like any other Mario Bros. game.This world has 10 levels: 6 normal levels, a secret level, a ghost house, a tower, and a castle.It also has a toad house, a spade panel and a ice bro.

That's right, not a water world!This world has 11 levels: 7 normal levels, a secret level, a sunken ship, a tower and a castle.It also has 3 toad houses, 2 boomerang bros and a blue switch palace.

A jungle world whose inhabitants are giant enemies as the name says.This world has 12 levels: 8 normal levels, a secret level, a ghost house, a tower, a castle. It also has a spade panel, 2 toad houses and a sledge bro.

World 6-Haunted World (RIP mountain world)

Tired of that mountain world?Well,then it's time for a spooky change. This world has 16 levels: 8 normal levels, a secret level, 3 ghost houses, a Bowser's airship, 2 towers and a castle. It also has 2 toad houses and 3 hammer bros.

World 7-Cotton Candy Sky

A cotton candy themed sky world.Don't eat your way through the cotton candy (No matter how delicious it is ) or you might fall down. This world has 10 levels: 7 normal levels, a secret level, a tower and a castle. It also has 2 toad houses.

World 8-Bowser's Kingdom

Bowser's dangerous kingdom. This is where the princess is held. This world is the largest in the game, having 21 levels: 12 normal levels, 4 tanks, a airship, 3 towers and Bowser's castle.

World 9-Shooting Star

The 1st bonus world of the game. This world has 10 levels; 9 normal levels and a credit level. It also has a toad house and 2 grey warp pipes.

The 2nd bonus world of the game and the last one (Phew!).This world has 8 levels which are going to be remakes of classic Mario games such as SMB, SMB3, SMW.It also has a grey warp pipe.

I have to say though, the title looks impressive and the world maps look good. I'm liking this project so far and if you want to release some level screenshots so I can judge your project even more that would be nice.

I'll sure do that.

this is coming from one of the best mario builder users here on the forums (aka me) unless proven otherwise. This has potential to be even better than my projects (even though I'm not good at finishing them either) and I wish you the best of luck.

I've seen your projects too and to be honest,they're actually really good .

It looks good. Nice World Maps.
There is already a Game called Super Mario Bros X. It's a Mario game engine, like Mario Builder, but more advanced. Just thought you should know in case you didn't already. It might be confusing to some.

Thank you! I'm making an episode with SMBX ( I stopped working on NSMBX.), so...yeah, i already know about it.I just couldn't find another name for my game.

Seems like you put a lot of work into this game to just abandon it. It really does look good so far.
How about a name like: Peach Picnic Kidnapping, or, Mario Bros: 7 Stars to (whatever Bowser's world is called)

You're right.I will do my best to work on both things.I also like "Super Mario Bros:The Seven Stars to Bowser's Kingdom".
