Hello!
I am one of the administrators here. Maybe any of you has noticed that Mario Builder forums lose the number of registered members. This is because there were a lot of users who just spammed the space just by registering and not visiting the forums after that even for years now if at all. There were also a lot of not yet accepted members so as an administrator I felt too undisciplined …

Dear members! I am not active with Mario Builder nor it's forums anymore although I still view some activity here sometimes. This is because of the need to choose some activities from all ones in ridiculously limited time. Good things are that I spend more time on something that has been created by the same creator as for Mario Builder. This is Platform Builder and it's own forum.

Mario Builder V11 -
-Many kinds of enemies can be placed ontop of a pipe opening. This will cause them to continually spawn from that pipe.
-Added an invisible text block
-Added the pink piranha plant by Alju5 through the engine challenge
-Added the ice bro by lukasmah through the engine challenge
-Added Ice bro to the overworld
-Boom Boom and Koopalings must take multiple shots …

Love this idea. Perhaps not have this functionality replace normal 10coin brick blocks, but rather have it be a secondary block, looking gold in the editor, but normal ingame until hit 10 times.
Some other ideas are:
"Input" thingymabobs that need to be shot with a spark from the spark flower, then release an item from inside of them.
Animated custom tiles.
Yoshi apples. (if they exist, SOMEONE PLEASE tell me where they are)
Normal enemies fall slower once entering water. (goombas, koopas, etc.)
Support for multiple bosses in a single chamber.
Support for powerups hidden behind bushes. SMW has some Mushrooms hidden behind bushes (check the first level you get yoshi in).
EDIT: more ideas:
Spark Bro, shoots spark thingies like the fire bro shoots fireballs. Add to overworld as well.
Ceiling lava. Can't be that hard.
Easy way to switch between worlds. (like the big world map from SMB3, i think press select on the overworld map)
EDIT2: got cut off earlier, sorry.
Allow linking from exiting a side of a level (in this case, allow the player to exit the stage to the side.). This would be good for hidden areas.
Allow the game author to choose the precedence of an imported tile.
Allow overworld map tiles to act as other tiles. (I've made "long" bridges graphically, however they don't work right.)
Bro enemies that shoot those little bouncing cannon ball things. The black flower.
Add the dry bones versions of the piranha plants. (NSMB2). Immune to fire, but not unkillable.
Add the "snapper" varieties of the piranha plants, the ones that are rooted in the ground.

There is no point in giving out ideas. Ting_Thing most likely wont work on Mario Builder anymore unless there is a huge bug in the game that need to be fixed; and please note that I didn't say Ting_Thing ended Mario Builder!

I want that in version v11-2 is corrected and you can add as many enemies and tiles how the hell you want on one level and not affecting that you slow the game.
That's what I want most.
Then other things to add ... Well, there are many, just say some ...

Idea: Animated Objects in MB
There must be a way to add not only customized tilesets in Mario Builder, but also the ones that you can add 'Animated' Objects in it, not only one tile. Well, that is the only Idea I have currently.
Maybe there will be more about the Ideas, not sure.

I think there should be the disappearing doors for the boo house. Also there is the part where you can go up to a wall an it turns out you can go through it. also maybe the item block where there are multiple items shown and you have to hit it at the right time to get the item you want.

Perhaps maybe the tiles from other Mario games, like NSMBW tiles or the coin flower and coin brick. Maybe sprites from other Mario games like the NSMB DS hammer bro, or the rings. (Red coin ring, blue coin ring, green coin ring, yellow coin ring from NSMB2) Also things like the falling spikes that shake from SMW, customizable sprites (Including how they behave, width, length, if you can stand on them, if they are bouncy, etc.), customizable autoscroll, the circular ground from NSMBW (Would be customizable), and more stuff from there. I know it seems like a lot, but it would definitely be worth it. Maybe even be able to work on levels together. Maybe we should be able to work with Ting_Thing to help work on it?

Hmm well there is alot of things I'm missing in the Mario Builder indeed and I wish would be added to it..
*More monsters from classic SMB.
*More bosses, not just the ones from SMB3..
*More original sound effects.
*More stuffs from Super Mario World.
*More underwater creatures.
*More options to how you will complete each level, not just a flag and tiny castle from SMB you should be able to choose the endings from all other classic Super Mario games too.
*Carrot Mario needs to be improved. Atm the "slow fall" when flying is too weak, he needs to fall much slower so he can fly longer distances with it. Atm it's just like Raccoon Mario that can't fly up to the sky..
*4x and 6x size to place lava and water tiles.
*Music Box item from SMB3.
*P-Wing Power from SMB3.
*Cloud item from SMB3.
*Hammer item from SMB3.
*Angry Sun from SMB3.
*An undo/redo-button.
*Fruits for Yoshi.
*The bonus Memory Card Game from SMB3.
*Be able to adjust the speed of moving blocks.
*Be able to place what item or creature you want inside a bubble.
*Feather Cape from Super Mario World.

Also I would like you to enter the Castle of the King that has been transformed into an animal before you enter then airship and then you should be able to edit what the Toad is saying and maybe edit the animal the King has been transformed into, that would be fun and then get the magic wand from the airship when the boss is defeated so you can transform the King back to himself again, also everytime you complete a world you can choose if you want a message from the princess where she sends a helpful item and also edit what she writes.

I messaged the Mario Builder creator via Facebook, apparently he's not going to make another updated version. He's working on a new project that is another game making engine, but with more customization.
Having said that, does anyone know how to change things in Mario Builder v11.4?
I want to change the control options so that to quit an area would be a key combo of 'Enter' + 'SPACE'
As it is, the game works with my USB controller, but when I try to fly, the program thinks hitting A+B buttons = 'Esc'
Having said that, does anyone know how to change things in Mario Builder v11.4?
I want to change the control options so that to quit an area would be a key combo of 'Enter' + 'SPACE'
As it is, the game works with my USB controller, but when I try to fly, the program thinks hitting A+B buttons = 'Esc'
